Steven is Endeavor’s founder, lead attorney, and client service quarterback. After graduating with a degree in finance from Tulane University in New Orleans, Steven enjoyed a short career in corporate finance. During his time on Wall Street, he helped small-mid sized companies finance their projects through equity and bond issuance. After the 2008 financial crisis, he left Wall Street to attend law school at the University of Houston Law Center. He received his license to practice law from the Texas State Bar in 2013, where he is currently licensed. Since then, his focus has been in specialty tax consulting.

Steven’s most significant career contribution has been his lead role in securing hundreds of millions of dollars of incentives for U.S. businesses to re-invest in their innovation.

Steven founded Endeavor to streamline the R&D credit process and drive innovation in high-growth industries and organizations. Ultimately, his goal with Endeavor Advisors is to implement technology and automate the tax credit consulting process, further benefitting the U.S. taxpayer and bolstering domestic innovation in the global market. He envisions a world where A.I. and humans can interface in a way that render even the most complicated issues (e.g. the U.S. tax code!) smooth and easily navigable – A world where innovators are free to innovate, and minimally occupied by trivial tasks that distract great minds from their great visions.

Steven brings experience from a national tax advisory firm, a multinational investment bank, and financial services firm. Steven possesses a passion for distilling complicated tax and legal issues into workable concepts, and implementing efficient solutions. He has served clients across the spectrum of qualifying R&D industries.

In his leisure time, Steven enjoys practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, kiteboarding, and is an avid reader. He has also traveled to 20 countries, including Nepal, New Zealand, Peru, and Morocco. When experiencing a new destination, he enjoys trekking, water sports, camping, studying local archaeology, and cuisine.

To unwind, Steven will occasionally indulge in a live stand-up comedy show or comedy special on Netflix.
