Ross is an industry recognized expert with a background in accounting. He is our technical practice leader and conducts R&D analysis.

Mr. Cunningham has worked with the R&D credit since 2011 and has delivered hundreds of millions of dollars of benefits, working with thousands of clients in the entire spectrum of R&D qualifying industries. He was the technical practice director at a national tax consulting firm for nearly ten years, where he executed and delivered the most highly complex cases at the firm, including 7 and 8-figure tax credits for Fortune 50 companies.

We call Ross our “In-house Tax Jedi” – his ability to navigate extremely complex tax matters and credit calculations. His technical prowess is second to none in this industry. He was recognized year after year at his previous firm for his top notch client service and advanced accounting expertise.

Ross earned his BS in Accounting from University of Houston- Clear Lake. Mr. Cunningham lives in New Braunfels with his awesome dog, Hank. Ross loves the river and catching a great show at Sam’s Burger Joint, White Water, or Gruene Hall. He enjoys a good live country music show in the heat of the Texas summer.
